What makes Strutly socks different?
Strutly socks feature interchangeable charms that can be easily attached and swapped out, allowing you to customize your socks to match your outfit, mood, or any occasion.
Do the charms come with the socks?
Yes! Each sock set includes the charms listed in the product description.
What size are the socks?
S/M fits US Women's shoe sizes 5–7, M/L fits US Women's shoe sizes 7.5–10. (If you are between sizes 7 and 7.5, we recommend sizing up). Kids sizing fits children's shoe sizes 12C–3Y.
How should I wash my socks?
Simply remove charms before washing, wash on cold, hang dry for best results or tumble dry on low.
What is the return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order or an error on our part, please contact us at shopstrutly@gmail.com and we will work to make it right.
When will I receive my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 days. Please note, once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we are happy to assist when possible, Strutly is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery-related issues.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $60. Shipping rates for orders under $60 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
